Self-judgement

"Friendship with oneself is all important, because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else in the world."

-Eleanor Roosevelt

How we talk to ourselves may greatly impact how we speak and act towards others.

Transforming your self-judgment is key to improving your relationship with yourself and others. This isn't some "feel good" positivity exercise...this is facing the reality that those judgments we make of ourselves are just unhelpful stories we have made up. The only person with the power to change the story is YOU. Without even knowing the judgment you are making about yourself, I can tell you it is NOT serving your greatest good. Let's make today the day you change the story.

"How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you."

-Rupi Kaur
