Healing for Narcissistic Abuse - Denver

Narcissistic abuse refers to the manipulative and controlling behaviors exhibited by individuals with narcissistic tendencies, typically aimed at undermining and dominating their victims.

People who engage in narcissistic abuse often lack empathy, are excessively self-centered, and seek to maintain a sense of superiority over others.

They use tactics such as gaslighting, which makes the victim doubt their reality, emotional manipulation, belittling, and isolation to exert control.

Over time, these behaviors erode the recipient's sense of self-worth, leading to feelings of confusion, shame, and dependency on the abuser for validation.

Narcissistic abuse can occur in various relationships, including romantic partnerships, family dynamics, or even work settings.
