Groups & Workshops

Thursdays at 12:00 PM--- Attachment in Relationships (4/30-6/11/2026)

  • 6-week closed cohort

  • $270 total ($45 per session)

  • Structured psychoeducation with guided sharing

  • Virtual

This 6-week group explores attachment theory and how your attachment style shapes the way you connect in relationships—with partners, family, friends, and yourself.

You’ll gain insight into your patterns, learn how they show up in real time, and begin practicing more secure ways of relating in a supportive group environment. This group is great for both beginners and those familiar with attachment work, and is open to individuals or couples.

If you’re interested in either group, email me at contact@denverattachmentcounseling.com and let me know which one you’d like to join.

I will send you a link to fill out paperwork and get you registered!
